• The content of the pages of this website is for user’s general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• User acknowledges that neither we nor any third parties provide any warranties while the user is using this website for any particular purpose. We expressly exclude liability for any possible harm to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• For seek advice client is liable to pay 20 rupees (15 minutes )that does not guaranteed a video/voice calls with Advocate/Lawyers .It is completely based on availability in the particular department of advisory room .
• For advocates he/she have to provide enrollment number to complete their registration. They can complete their registration in two ways:
• If you have your enrollment number affiliated to any bar council of India, then you can click on “get listed for free link” from the main page and provide your enrollment number for complete your registration and we will take 24 hours to verify your account and after 24 hours your India advocacy account and advisory room will be activated and you will be notify through mail and text message.
• If you don’t have enrollment number affiliated to any bar council of India, then go to normal sign up page and choose account type as a advocate and fill the form to get registered temporarily active for 24 hours ,within 24 hours you can send us a mail on “registration@advocatedirectory.in”. In case if the document are not received within 24 hours ,our agent will contact you for document verification .Once verified your India advocacy account and advisory room will be permanently activated, if the verification fails or we are unable to contact you your account will be further blocked and only be reactivated once you contact us back. • User’s use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at their own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be user’s own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet user’s specific requirements.
